INFOTrade $ Modules InfoTrade comprises various modules. All the modules are fully customizable and personalizable by the end user. The modules are discussed below.   LETTER OF CREDIT Supports processing of Letters of Credit and guarantees through the entire period of the contract. Both Letters of Credit Issued and Advised by the bank are supported. Applicable advices and conformations are generated automatically, including outputs in SWIFT format which can be interfaced directly to and from the messaging system, enabling Straight Through processing and other efficiencies for the bank     IMPORTS   The framework of the InfoTrade application allows the bank to setup the system to process Imports related transactions in the following key areas:   Funded loans on Import of Merchandise Trust Receipts Shipping Guarantee Presentation Memo EXPORTS The framework of the InfoTrade application allows the bank to setup the system to process Exports transactions in the following key areas:   Pre shipment finance including Packing Credit Collection Orders Bill of Exchange Letter of Indemnity Finance of Bills of Exchange in the form of discounting is also managed by the system CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL The Customer Information System captures & maintains relevant Customer as well as Correspondent banks Information to provide a detailed profile of their relationship with the bank. The systems consolidated transactions repository of all transactions provides up to the minute reporting capabilities of the customers positions. Full Credit Control facilities which allow for group and customer limits as well as control of limits based on conditions and formulae make InfoTrade a complete system which controls the bank's exposure on a regular basis.   REPORTS A variety of reports can be generated and customized from the InfoTrade database. These reports can be generated from a single or multiple data stores. Besides printing registers and listing reports, the system also provides for complete Data Warehouse which allows for any type of reporting on a regular or ad Hoc Basis. The Data Warehouse allows for Income Analysis, Outstanding Analysis, Maturity Diaries, Product/Customer/Currency Turnover and other statistics.   PARAMETERS All the Modules within InfoTrade are highly customizable and hence allows extreme flexibility to the end users.
