Modules
The Retail Banking System comprises of six modules. All the modules are
fully customizable by the end user. The modules are listed below.
 
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
The Customer Information System captures & maintains relevant Customer Information
to provide a detailed profile of the customers relationship with the bank. The system
keeps a record of each customer of the bank and the various accounts he maintains.
It improves customer service by providing immediate access to customer information.
 
  ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
This module helps managing the various aspects of the customer accounts like cheque
maintenance, account enquiry, setting standing instructions - across a range of products
namely, Savings account, Current account, Overdraft account, etc.
 
TELLER TRANSACTIONS
The system tailors the banks transaction processing to gather complete information of the
various teller transactions namely:
 
  • Cash Deposit
  • Cash Withdrawal
  • Cheque Deposit
  • Funds Transfer !
  • Inward Clearing
  • Outward Clearing
  • ECS Transactins
  • ATM Transactions
  • Cash Management
    (H.O. / Vault / Teller)
 
REPORTS
A variety of reports can be generated and customized from the InfoRetail database.
These reports can be generated from a single or multiple data stores.
Besides printing registers and listing reports, the system also provides for advice,
cheque and passbook printing.
 
PARAMETERS
  This section helps to set and maintain all the parameters which will be used across all
the modules in InfoRetail. The main modules that need to be setup are:
